All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and code — is owned by or licensed to Ayan TechNest and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Deliverables produced under a client engagement are transferred per the terms of the applicable SOW.

06 Confidentiality

Information shared during enquiries and engagements is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of evaluating or delivering services.

07 Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayan TechNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or services.
